The Convention team may be able to transfer Convention tickets in extenuating circumstances, and every transfer will be handled on a case-by-case basis by email to support@townsville2016.com.au or submit a Support Ticket.
The ABSOLUTE LATEST date for any ticket changes, regardless of extenuating circumstances, will be the 10th of May. After this date, regardless of circumstances, tickets are locked in and are non-refundable or transferable.
There will be a $50 administration fee charged for any ticket changes at the discretion of the Convention team.
Being unable to get leave from your university is NOT an acceptable reason for a refund - please get your leave applications in NOW!
