As per the AMSA Event Terms and Conditions, all tickets are non-refundable.
The Convention team may be able to refund Convention tickets in extenuating circumstances, and every refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis by email to support@townsville2016.com.au or submit a Support Ticket.
The ABSOLUTE LATEST date for any refunds/ticket changes, regardless of extenuating circumstances, will be the 10th of May. After this date, regardless of circumstances, tickets are locked in and are non-refundable or transferable.
There will be a $50 administration fee charged for any cancellations/ticket changes at the discretion of the Convention team.
Being unable to get leave from your university is NOT an acceptable reason for a refund - please get your leave applications in NOW!
