You’ll receive four emails if you are successful in registering.
- An email from Convention 2016 indicating your submission to the processing list has been received. (Email #1)
- An email from Convention 2016 offering a unique link to purchase your ticket and add-ons. (Email #2) - PLEASE NOTE, this email does not guarantee you tickets - it merely grants you access to the ticket listing page.
Once you have bought your tickets:
- An email from Ticketbooth with a Receipt and Ticket Details attached.
- An email from Ticketbooth with a password so that you may login to edit your ticket answers and review your purchase.
If you are successful in registering, you will receive all four emails.
If you have been put on the waiting list you will receive an alternative Email #2 indicating your status on the waiting list.
If we are unsatisfied with the details you have provided, we reserve the right to hold you in the line and await confirmation of an incorrect email or University entry. In this case you will receive an email detailing a request for further information.
If you have applied twice or there is a major inconsistency in your submission or ticket, we reserve the right to decline your ticket purchase.
