The minute you fill out an application for a ticket, you are placed on the waiting list.
Should tickets sell out before you are approved to buy a ticket, you will be kept on the waiting list. If any tickets in people's carts expire or are refunded you will be sent an email offering you a chance to buy a ticket!
This can happen days after the opening of registration, so keep yourself glued to your email!
