Every ticket we sell has are charged two (2) separate fees, a $15 booking fee and a $25 processing fee.
The flat $15 Booking Fee on your receipt goes towards online payment fees (ie. Credit Card fees and Payment Gateway fees).
The flat $25 Processing Fee on your receipt goes towards the processing of your ticket information so we can distribute it securely to our back-end database.
Unfortunately there's no way to mitigate any of the above fees as they are required by our ticket providers and us to provide a secure ticketing service that can withstand the huge traffic of Convention.
